Channel Partner Manager, South Asia

On the heels of Asana's exponential global growth, we are hiring a Channel Partner Manager for South Asia to join our growing APAC Channel Partnerships team. This is not a traditional partner program management role; we are looking for you to combine the commercial instincts of an Account Executive with the relationship depth of a channel builder. You will work side-by-side with partners in front of customers, helping them tell the Asana story compellingly and close deals that stick. As a quota-carrying member of the team, you will report to our Head of APAC Channel Partnerships to drive revenue growth through and with our partner ecosystem across South Asia.

This role is based in our Singapore office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements.

What you’ll achieve

  • Drive revenue through South Asia channel partners by actively participating in the sales cycle, from discovery through close.

  • Coach and equip partners to run high-quality discovery conversations, uncover customer pain, and map those needs to Asana's capabilities.

  • Build and deliver compelling executive-level presentations and business cases alongside partners to speak credibly to senior stakeholders.

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop scaled services partners and Asana Certified Pros who can carry the Asana narrative independently over time.

  • Own your regional performance metrics, tracking accountability for revenue goals and regional growth.

  • Develop joint GTM plans with partners that focus on real customer outcomes and long-term success.

  • Act as the strategic bridge between partners and Asana's internal sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure deals are well-supported.

  • Grow your cross-functional influence and master deep platform expertise within a scaling global framework.

About you

  • 5+ years of experience spanning channel partnerships and direct or indirect B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of carrying a sales quota.

  • Ability to run deep discovery, surface customer pain points, and coach partner teams to do the same.

  • A natural storyteller who connects customer challenges to product capabilities dynamically via decks, whiteboard sessions, or live demos.

  • Comfortable presenting to, engaging with, and handling complex questions from executive-level stakeholders.

  • Experience building and scaling partner programs effectively without sacrificing quality.

  • Deep understanding of the full B2B SaaS sales motion: pipeline generation, solution selling, commercial negotiation, and post-sale expansion.

  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.

  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in Hindi is a plus.

At Asana, we're committed to building teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission. If you're interested in this role and don't meet every listed requirement, we still encourage you to apply.

What we’ll offer

Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the On-Target Earnings (OTE) range is 262,000 - 298,000 SGD. The total OTE includes an estimated base salary range of 183,400 – 208,600 SGD and performance-based sales incentive pay (based on the terms of the Sales Incentive Plan). These ranges are a guideline; actual base salary and OTE may vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process, and the ranges for this role may be modified.

In addition, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity and benefits. If you're interviewing for this role, speak with your recruiter to learn more about the total compensation and benefits for this role.

We strive to provide equitable and competitive benefits packages that support our employees worldwide and include:

  • Mental health, wellness & fitness benefits

  • Career coaching & support

  • Inclusive family building benefits

  • Long-term savings or retirement plans

  • In-office culinary options to cater to your dietary preferences
