Joblaze is a job search engine that aggregates tech job listings directly from company career pages. We provide search, filtering, job alerts, and related tools to help you discover job opportunities. Joblaze does not employ or represent any of the companies whose jobs appear on our platform.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

• Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from the Service beyond normal API usage

5. API Usage

Access to the Joblaze API is subject to rate limits and usage policies. API keys are personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to revoke API access for misuse or excessive usage. Commercial use of the API requires prior written agreement.

6. Job Listings

Job listings on Joblaze are sourced directly from company career pages. While we strive to keep listings accurate and up-to-date, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. Jobs may be removed or changed by the hiring company at any time. Joblaze is not responsible for the content of job listings or the hiring practices of listed companies.

7. Intellectual Property

The Joblaze name, logo, website design, and original content are owned by Joblaze. Job listing content belongs to the respective companies. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joblaze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
