We’re seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Global Benefits to lead the design, implementation, and scaling of our benefits programs across 20+ countries and growing. This role will ensure our global benefits strategy is competitive, compliant, and aligned with our people and business goals, supporting a diverse and distributed workforce.

You will play a critical role in shaping how we support employees globally—ensuring our benefits programs are inclusive, competitive, and scalable as we continue to grow across new markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and lead the global benefits strategy across all regions, ensuring alignment with company growth and talent priorities

  • Design, implement, and scale benefits programs (health, wellness, retirement, time off, and perks) that are locally relevant and globally consistent

  • Oversee global benefits operations, including vendor selection, broker management, renewals, and program administration

  • Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations, tax requirements, and reporting obligations across all markets

  • Partner with Finance and People teams to manage benefits budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization

  • Evaluate and benchmark programs to ensure competitiveness in each market while maintaining internal equity

  • Lead leave programs internationally, ensuring seamless employee experiences across regions

  • Leverage data and employee insights to continuously improve program effectiveness and utilization

  • Communicate benefits offerings clearly and effectively to employees and leaders worldwide

  • Build and lead a high-performing global benefits team and manage external partners

Who You Are

  • 10–15+ years of experience in global benefits, including leadership of multi-country programs

  • Deep knowledge of international benefits design, compliance, and regional nuances (EMEA, APAC, AMER)

  • Experience scaling benefits in high-growth, global organizations

  • Strong vendor and broker management experience across multiple geographies

  • Proven ability to balance global consistency with local market needs

  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, including budgeting and cost management

  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

  • Nice to Have:

    • Experience in the technology sector or a fast-growing, distributed workforce

    • Familiarity with global benefits platforms and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday)

    • Experience supporting M&A, new country expansions, or entity setup
