The Brokerage Finance & Strategy team supports the largest P&L at Robinhood across core trading and net interest products, including equities, options, margin lending, securities lending, and uninvested cash products. The team partners closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Accounting, and Procurement teams to guide financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across self-directed, managed, and institutional accounts. We work in a highly collaborative environment focused on delivering accurate insights, improving financial processes, and supporting strategic business decisions. You’ll help shape financial planning processes that support the next stage of Robinhood’s growth!
As a Finance & Strategy Manager for Brokerage, you will connect business and operational decisions to financial outcomes through forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to evaluate business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support planning processes across the Brokerage organization. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership. You will also help improve financial reporting processes, maintain data accuracy, and develop scalable financial models that support product and business initiatives.
This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA; Chicago, IL; and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
