This Manager role supporting our Channels and Alliances Strategy & Operations will join a global team driving Datadog’s next phase of growth. We’re interdisciplinary thinkers leveraging diverse business backgrounds to accelerate Datadog’s global growth. We work directly with Datadog’s most senior leaders to set strategy, improve efficiency across the business, support data-driven decision-making, own complex operations, and more. In this role, you will be key to identifying areas for revenue growth, helping Datadog make data driven decisions, and designing and executing on strategic initiatives across our Channels & Alliances organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the range of strategic and operational questions facing our C&A leadership globally. Drive thinking in key business areas as a trusted advisor to leadership.
  • Work with your team to develop strategic plans for our C&A groups, both short-term and long-term, including capacity planning and incentive/KPI setting.
  • Design, launch and lead global transformation programs and deliver improvements to our operating model; own the success of outcomes and progress reporting to leadership alongside your team.
  • Take a hands on approach to problem solving and execution: continuously pivot from big-picture strategic planning to tactical implementation, and drive initiatives through to adoption and impact. You're equally comfortable designing a strategy and rolling up your sleeves to get it live.
  • Provide hands-on coaching to individual contributors on your team on analyses, dashboards, and presentations related to improving and running our business. Unblock them as needed.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with C&A, Customer Success, Technical Solutions, HR, FP&A, Revenue Operations, Enablement, and GTM Strategy & Operations.


Who You Are:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise go-to-market strategy, channels & alliances, revenue operations, or similar.
  • Prior people management experience.
  • Confident and low ego leader, recognizing that when your team shines you shine alongside them.
  • Strong sense of ownership: will own and measure outcomes alongside our channels & alliances business.
  • Proven ability to develop actionable recommendations and process improvements from qualitative and quantitative data and coach others to do the same.
  • Experience working closely with executive level stakeholders.
  • Thoughtful about how AI and automation can improve operational efficiency and decision-making; you see AI as a tool to free up space for strategic thinking rather than a replacement for it.
