About the role

ElevenLabs is building out its core accounting function as we scale across multiple entities and geographies. As a Senior Accountant, you will own key components of the monthly close – journal entries, account reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting support.

This is a high-ownership role in a lean team. You will work directly with the Controller and broader Finance function, helping build audit-ready processes as the company grows toward IPO readiness. The right person is technically grounded in US GAAP, has experience in a controls-conscious environment, and is energised by the pace of a fast-growing company.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with full-cycle close: journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analysis, and variance commentary

• Solid working knowledge of US GAAP; experience in a pre-IPO, IPO-stage, or public company environment strongly preferred

• Exposure to building or contributing to internal controls and SOX-ready accounting processes – not just operating within them

• CPA, ACA, or ACCA qualification (active or actively in progress)

• Proficiency with NetSuite or an equivalent ERP

Bonus:

• Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company

• Familiarity with intercompany accounting, FX translation, and multi-entity consolidation

This role is remote-first and can be executed from anywhere in Europe. If you prefer, you can work from one of our European offices in London, Dublin, Warsaw, or Stockholm.
