We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager – Finance Technology to lead our India-based FinTech engineering organization supporting global Finance systems. This leader will own strategy, architecture, delivery, and operational excellence across core finance platforms including NetSuite, Coupa, SAP Concur, and RPA/AI-driven automation solutions.

This role requires strong functional expertise in Finance (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A, Treasury, Tax) combined with deep systems knowledge. The ideal candidate can bridge Finance, Engineering, and Business stakeholders while building a high-performing team in India.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram or Bengaluru for our hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and execute the Finance Technology strategy aligned to global Finance transformation goals
  • Drive modernization of ERP, procurement, expense, and automation platforms
  • Lead platform rationalization, technical debt reduction, and scalable architecture design
  • Partner with CFO org to enable monetization, billing automation, compliance, and global expansion

2. Functional & Technical Leadership

  • Act as the functional authority across
    • Order-to-Cash (Revenue, Billing, Collections)
    • Procure-to-Pay (Requisitions, AP Automation, Vendor Mgmt)
    • Record-to-Report (GL, Close, Consolidation)
    • Treasury & Tax systems
  • Own solution architecture across NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, and RPA/AI
  • Ensure systems are SOX-compliant, audit-ready, and scalable
  • Lead integrations across CRM, Billing, Data Platforms, and downstream reporting systems

3. Engineering Leadership

  • Build and scale a high-performing FinTech engineering team
  • Manage Engineering Managers, Solution Architects, and Senior Engineers
  • Establish delivery frameworks (Agile/Scrum), release governance, and platform SLAs
  • Drive automation-first mindset using RPA and AI for Finance operations efficiency

4. Automation & AI Enablement

  • Identify opportunities for RPA and AI-led transformation across Finance workflows
  • Lead deployment of bots, intelligent document processing, reconciliations, and predictive analytics
  • Implement controls and monitoring for automation reliability and compliance

5. Governance & Controls

  • Ensure SOX, audit, and compliance alignment
  • Own change management, environment strategy, and release management
  • Manage vendor relationships and system integrators

6. Stakeholder & Executive Engagement

  • Serve as a key FinTech partner to Finance leadership
  • Present roadmap, risks, and investment cases to executive stakeholders
  • Drive global alignment between India engineering and US/EMEA Finance teams

Required Qualifications

  • 12–15+ years of experience in Finance Technology / Enterprise Applications
  • 5+ years leading engineering teams (preferably global delivery model)
  • Deep hands-on expertise in
    • NetSuite (ERP, ARM, OneWorld, integrations)
    • Coupa (P2P, sourcing, expense, invoice automation)
    • SAP Concur
  • Strong understanding of Finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A, Treasury, Tax)
  • Experience implementing SOX controls and audit-compliant systems
  • Experience leading ERP implementations or re-implementations
  • Strong integration experience (APIs, middleware, iPaaS)
  • Experience with RPA platforms and AI-based workflow automation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS or consumption-based billing models
  • Experience scaling India GCC or captive engineering centers
  • Familiarity with data platforms and Finance analytics ecosystems
  • Exposure to M&A system integrations and global rollouts
