The Product team builds features end-to-end. From designing our data models to implementing the subtle interaction behaviors that differentiate good software from great software. We work closely with UI designers and are supported by our infrastructure team. We aim to delight users with both large new features and smaller, daily product enhancements—thanks to our continuous deployment architecture. We want to create a superlative user experience, down to the smallest details.

You will join our Account Management team in Vancouver, empowering admins to balance flexible collaboration with cost control through our licensing systems. Your work will involve deep dives into our technical architecture to ensure the system's reliability and scalability. Close collaboration with Product Management, Design, and Data Science will help you understand customer pain points, co-create solutions, and enhance product impact through experimentation and big bets. By joining a passionate team dedicated to technical excellence and product quality, you'll contribute to and elevate the team's achievements.

This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve:

  • Design and build full-stack solutions for admins to manage their billing and licensing, and set up their organizations for success.
  • Drive large, impactful projects, delivering features that will be rolled out and used in large organizations.
  • Build scalable, reliable systems that power our billing and licensing life-cycles.
  • Set and maintain high standards for software engineering and technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with world-class product partners to co-create solutions from vision through execution.

  • 4+ years of experience in full time professional software development.
  • Track record as a leader and key contributor on large and technically complex projects.
  • Expertise in navigating ambiguous and complex technical spaces, creating clarity and alignment.
  • Passion for building robust and scalable full-stack systems.
  • Strong technical and cross-functional communication skills.
  • A team player who’s invested in supporting your peers and building a better team together.
  • Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $176,000 - $200,000 CAD. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
