The International team is taking Robinhood global. We are live in the UK and in 31 EU/EEA countries and rapidly expanding into new markets, building products zero-to-one across distinct regulatory environments, market structures, and customer experiences. Every launch is a bet on a new country, and every design decision shapes how an entire market experiences Robinhood for the first time.

We're looking for an exceptional Staff Product Designer to define what Robinhood looks and feels like around the world. This is a highly influential role that will help shape product vision and execution across new market launches, localized account experiences, and building products that scale globally while feeling native to each market. You'll partner with cross-functional leaders across engineering, product, research, and operations, contribute to strategic decisions, design across multiple projects, and mentor other designers.

Design at Robinhood is AI-first. This is a role for someone who already uses AI as a core part of how they think, explore, and execute.

This role is based in our Bellevue, WA, Menlo Park, CA, and New York, NY office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do

• Drive the outcome from end to end. Partner with product and engineering to define the right problems, validate solutions, and ship experiences that change how customers interact with crypto. Stay close to the work through launch and beyond.
• Start with AI. Use AI to explore problem spaces, surface edge cases, stress-test ideas, and generate early prototypes. Let AI accelerate the work while you guide intent, structure, and quality.
• Bring clarity to complexity. International finance is layered: diverse regulatory environments, unfamiliar market structures, and products launching in countries where Robinhood is brand new. Absorb that complexity so users don't have to.
• Raise the bar for craft. Drive design quality across multiple projects. Mentor other designers. Share prompts, patterns, and ways of working that make the team sharper and faster.
• Stay close to the signal. Talk to customers, run lightweight tests, and use data to adjust direction.

What you bring

• Extensive product design experience working on complex, consumer-facing products at scale, with strong end-to-end ownership
• Active use of AI in your design workflow: you already use LLMs to think through problems, explore approaches, and move faster
• Strong systems thinking: you balance micro and macro perspectives, building cohesive design patterns that scale across multiple products
• A track record of partnering deeply with engineering, product, research, and legal
• Comfort working in a highly regulated environment
