Addi Gateway Program | Class of 2027

Our Addi Gateway Program is a 12-month launchpad for exceptional early-career talent who want to solve hard problems, make decisions that matter, and learn how to operate at the intersection of business, technology, and AI.

You’ll work alongside outstanding teammates and leaders, own real problems from day one, and rotate across two different teams. By the end of the year, you won’t just have learned how Addi works, you’ll have a track record of what you can do.

One year. Two rotations.

You’ll learn by doing. Start with the context and tools you need, then take on real problems, make decisions, and earn more autonomy as you grow. By the end of the year, you’ll have seen Addi from two different perspectives—and proven what you can do.

• Weeks 1–2 | Onboarding

  • Meet your class and your manager, and learn how the company makes and loses money.

• Months 1–6 | Rotation one

  • Embedded in Lending, Risk, Fraud, Growth, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product or People, owning problems end to end.

• Month 6 | Midpoint review

  • You write up your results; your manager writes the review. You'll know exactly where you stand.

• Months 7–12 | Rotation two

  • A new team, harder problems, less support. Ends with a capstone presented to the C-team.

• Month 12 | Conversion

  • A full-time offer if you're operating At or Above the Standard. Never a surprise.

The Basics

High standards work both ways. We’ll ask a lot of you, and we’ll make sure you have what you need to meet the bar and make the most of the experience.

• Duration: 12 months, two six-month rotations

• Start date: 12 January 2027

• Location: Remote-first, with in-person weeks in Bogotá, fully paid by Addi

• Eligibility: Final-year students or graduates with up to 1 year of experience

• Compensation: Top-of-market package

• Vacation: 19 days

• Conversion: Full-time offer at month 12 if you operate At or Above the Standard, with equity

• Applications close: 30 October 2026, 11:59 pm Bogotá time

• Decision by: 27 November 2026

Five Stages, One High Bar

There’s no single profile that makes someone great at Addi. We’re looking for people with sharp thinking, strong judgment, curiosity, and the drive to figure things outand our process is designed to uncover exactly that. Each stage reveals a different part of how you think, learn, build and take ownership. You'll get clear instructions and the evaluation criteria before every step.

1. Application – ~20 minutes

2. Analytical exam – 60–75 minutes

3. AI challenge – 1-minute video

4. Business case (group) – 3h prep + 45 min

5. Structured interviews – 2 × 45 minutes
