About Us

At Rox, we believe in empowering people to do their best work.

Our platform supercharges sellers with autonomous revenue agents to do the manual work so they can focus on what they do best: selling. Just as coding agents 10x’d engineering, revenue agents 10x customer work.

We are reimagining the revenue stack by building the world’s first revenue operating system, from the application layer to the system of context. With Rox, humans are evolving to orchestrators while agents manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle.

Underlying all of this success is an unwavering, shared belief in the mission, with an unreasonable commitment of doing whatever it takes to make it a reality.

The Team

Nothing is possible without the world-class team, assembled to redefine how businesses operate.

Members on our team have:

  • Founded and exited successful companies

  • Held the highest positions at Google, AWS, Confluent, and New Relic

  • Won IMO and IOI gold medals

  • Published field-defining papers

We’re backed by the best, having raised $50M from Sequoia (Alfred Lin), General Catalyst (Hemant Taneja), GV, Elad Gil, and Chris Ré.

Core Principles

Taste: Craft beautiful experiences.

No matter how small, we strive to make sure every detail is right. We care deeply about every interaction, both in terms of whether it helps the seller get the job done, but also how the product makes them feel. We get a visceral feeling when something is off and stop at nothing to make sure we make it right. We never settle, continuously exploring ways to delight sellers.

Obsession: Commit unreasonably.

In all aspects of our craft, we commit. We not only are immediately reactive to customers’ requests but are proactive about driving value even before they ask. We are also obsessive about always learning and honing our craft, improving ourselves and product every single day.

Action: Get it done.

Talking is easy but the difference comes from the execution. We lean heavily towards making thoughtful yet fast decisions and delivering immediately. We play in a field where trust is paramount. We earn the trust and right to empower the best sellers by forging a history of over-delivering on the promise at record speed.

Your Role

Coding agents changed how software gets built. Revenue work is next. Every large company is now deciding which agents will run its pipeline, its deals and its accounts, and the company those agents run on will be decided in the next few quarters, mostly by who executes fastest.

Rox is built for that moment. Global 2000 leaders in banking, hardware, construction and sovereign AI run on Rox, alongside AI winners like Ramp and Cognition. IDC named Rox a Major Player in its 2026 MarketScape for revenue orchestration, and Gartner named us a Cool Vendor in AI for B2B Sales Productivity. Seven months ago we were just under 60 people. Today we are closing in on 130. At that pace, more of the company runs through our CEO every week: customers, hiring, investors, and the calls that set direction.

So we're building an Office of the CEO, and this is its first seat. As BizOps, Founder's Office, you report directly to our CEO, and your job is to make their time, attention and decisions go further. You see what the CEO sees: the leadership meeting, board and investor prep, the top customer deals, the candidates the CEO is closing. You decide what needs the CEO and what doesn't, you run the operating cadence the company plans and executes on, and you take the hardest cross functional problems off the CEO's desk and finish them. The seat starts with the CEO and can grow to support other executives as the team around them grows.

This is not an executive assistant role, and it is not a strategy deck role. It is an operator seat, measured on one thing: whether Rox moves faster because you're in it. If you've built the operating layer next to a founder at a company scaling like ours and want to do it again with more ownership, we'd love to talk.

Your First 90 Days

  • Rebuild the CEO's week. Map where their time actually goes across customers, hiring, investors and product, reset the calendar around the work only the CEO can do, and keep it there

  • Stand up the weekly operating cadence: the leadership meeting agenda, company commits tracked against actuals, every decision written down with an owner, and follow ups sent within 24 hours

  • Run prep for every meeting that matters (customer executives, investors, the board, candidates the CEO is closing): context, a one page brief and a clear ask, every time

  • Own the next quarterly planning cycle end to end, from goal setting to the plan the company runs on to the review at the close

  • Take two or three special projects from the CEO, scope each one in days, and ship it

  • Automate the recurring work with AI-native workflows and the Rox product itself, so the system keeps running when you're not in the room

Responsibilities

  • Own the CEO's operating rhythm: weekly priorities, calendar strategy, and where time goes versus where it should go

  • Decide what reaches the CEO, what you handle yourself, and what goes to another leader

  • Build and run the company's operating cadence with the CEO: leadership meetings, planning cycles, goal setting and business reviews

  • Prepare the CEO for every meeting that matters, then chase every commitment that comes out of it until it closes

  • Run logistics end to end for customer, investor and board meetings, travel, offsites and events, with nothing dropped

  • Act as the CEO's trusted extension with the leadership team, customers and partners

  • Scope and deliver special projects across go to market, hiring and operations without hand holding

  • Build lightweight systems and automations (Slack, Notion, AI-native workflows) so recurring work runs without you

  • Help shape the Office of the CEO as it grows, including what the next seat is and who fills it

  • Use the Rox product every week, so you can talk about it with real conviction

Qualifications

Each line below is scored in our process.

  • A bachelor's degree and 2+ years as an operator at a hypergrowth startup or tech company, where you owned outcomes, not just the analysis

  • You've built something from a blank page next to a founder or executive (an operating cadence, a planning process, a function or a team) and you can show what changed because of it

  • A standout record at the schools, firms and companies you've been part of

  • Judgment and discretion: you know what matters to the CEO, what can wait, and what should never leave the room

  • Calm under load: dozens of moving pieces, a plan that changes by noon, and still no dropped detail

  • Clear, crisp writing: briefs, plans and follow ups someone can act on in two minutes

  • Technical enough to build your own tools, whether that's SQL, scripts or AI agents you set up yourself

  • A high-impact outlier: you look for leverage everywhere and you're not precious about title or scope

  • An amazing human above all. Rox is a small team doing a lot, and how you treat people matters as much as what you ship

  • Real pull toward Rox specifically. Between two similarly qualified candidates, the one who has done the homework on the product and the mission wins

  • You want this seat for the next two years. The charter is the CEO, and continuity matters

  • Strong plus: you've been a founder or a founding operator, or you've spent time in banking, consulting or investing. None of these is required

  • Be located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, in the office five days a week

Benefits

  • Competitive pay with considerable equity upside (base salary range: $180,000 to $220,000 USD)

  • Health Insurance

How We Hire

At Rox, we evaluate for ownership, client obsession, craftsmanship, speed, pivot ability, collaboration, cross-functional impact, systems thinking, and learning velocity. We expect this seat, more than any other, to set that bar.

  • A first conversation with our Talent team: what you've built, the operators you've worked next to, and why Rox

  • A working session modeled on the kind of ask this seat gets every week, turned into a plan and a written brief

  • An onsite in our San Francisco office, including time with our CEO

Apply

To apply, please fill out the application form. If you can, include a few lines on one thing you built from scratch next to a founder or executive, and what changed because of it. We're looking forward to connecting with you!
