Your Role

As a Customer Impact Engineer, you’ll take ownership of complex customer projects and make sure our platform delivers real results in our customer organizations. You combine excellent project management with a deep understanding of production and data to create measurable impact. Industry leaders such as BMW, Audi, BSH, Stellantis, Liebherr, Still, TDK Electronics, and Henkel already rely on our Kosmos. You will work with majors client since Day 1, take decisions that shape the product and company, and built up autonomous manufacturing operations with us.

This is a high-impact, full-time position based in Munich within an exceptional team. It requires a high-level of personal responsibility, strategic and analytical mindset, strong drive, high motivation, and a shared ambition to win together.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will get to build a company together within an exceptional team, working on technology that is shaping what's possible today while working on the biggest problems of our time

  • You will solve customer problems, by understanding manufacturing operations and translate them into scalable AI solutions

  • Own project management and coordination of customer integrations across industries, working directly with major clients from Day 1

  • You will act on behalf of the entire company and build up strategic collaboration with stakeholders in large industrial organizations, from shop floor to C-level

Your Profile

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Science, Management, or similar

  • 3+ years of professional experience in automotive, tech, manufacturing, or consulting

  • Solid knowledge of data science and AI in industrial contexts

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Business-fluent in German and English

  • Based in Munich or willing to relocate, ready to go all-in with us
