About the role
We're looking for a Data Scientist - Product Analytics to join our Growth Data team. You'll own the analysis behind how people discover, adopt and stick with ElevenLabs' products, partnering closely with Product, Growth and the central Data team's certified metrics layer.
Define and own product health metrics: activation, feature adoption, retention and engagement across ElevenCreative, ElevenAgents and ElevenAPI.
Design, analyse and communicate the results of product experiments (A/B tests, feature launches, onboarding changes).
Partner with Analytics Engineering on the certified product KPI layer in dbt, and with Product on turning ambiguous questions into trusted analysis.
Work alongside fellow Growth data scientists on marketing- and revenue-adjacent questions that touch the product funnel.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience as a data scientist embedded with a product or growth team, ideally at a product-led company.
Strong SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in experimentation (A/B testing) and product analytics.
Ability to translate ambiguous product questions into clear, reusable analysis and defensible metrics.
Comfort working directly with Product and Growth stakeholders, and pushing back on ill-defined asks.
Structured thinker who can move fast without sacrificing rigour.
Bonus
Experience with activation / retention modelling or lifecycle analytics at a consumer or prosumer product.
Experience with dbt or a modern warehouse, partnering directly with analytics engineers.
Experience using AI tools or agents to speed up analysis or enable self-serve data access.
