This is a full-time, non-exempt position based in our Oakland, CA office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr.

What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end quoting for new business, renewals, and complex amendments using Salesforce CPQ.
  • Own the Salesforce and Zendesk queue, managing the intake, triage, and escalation of all Quote-to-Cash requests within defined SLAs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance and Legal to navigate non-standard terms and resolve system inefficiencies.
  • Assist in standardizing deal workflows and systemizing the escalation process within Salesforce to improve operational transparency.
  • Ensure all deals adhere to established price books, discount thresholds, and Everlaw’s financial compliance standards.

About You

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations, including hands-on ownership of quoting for complex deal structures.
  • You have advanced proficiency in Salesforce CPQ (or a similar tool), with deep experience configuring products, bundles, price rules, and troubleshooting quote logic.
  • You balance short-term sales velocity with long-term revenue integrity, ensuring deals move quickly while adhering to pricing and compliance guardrails.
  • You are a clear communicator who can articulate complex commercial concepts across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and technical teams.
  • You are detail-oriented and experienced in managing high-volume queues in fast-paced SaaS environments.
  • You are authorized to work in the United States. Please note that at this time, Everlaw is not sponsoring U.S. employment visas for this role.
