Okta’s Deal Operations Team is the central engine driving commercial contracts to closure by providing the global field organization with business process insight, policy guardrails, and tactical deal execution. We sit within the GTM Strategy & Operations organization, acting as a critical front-line partner to support Okta’s revenue goals, marketplace expansions, and future-state AI workflows.
Position Description
As part of the Deal Operations team, you will serve as a vital component of our global operational engine, focusing primarily on enabling customers to transact efficiently through our established buying programs. Your core responsibility is to drive transaction velocity and backend data compliance by generating accurate quotes, resolving system friction points, and processing standard approvals. This role is built for a highly disciplined operational professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains an exceptional eye for detail.
