What are we looking for?
We’re hiring a DevRel to own our public community and create unique, engaging content.

Who are you?

  • You are hands-on: you can debug, give architecture guidance, and jump on calls when needed

  • You are creative: you can come up with unique, engaging content

  • You are a great communicator and presenter: you can give demos, give talks, create videos.

  • You are product minded: you can take repeated feedback, turn it into product ideas, and build the solution.

What will you lead?

  • Public forum: You help manage, support, and grow our public community

  • Content creation: You create high quality, short-and-long form content (blog/video/whatever you are best at)

  • Hands-on technical help: help users build apps, debug common issues, provide fixes/workarounds, and hop on calls to unbloc

  • Community programs: ambassadors, rewards/recognition, office hours, AMAs, hackathons

  • Feedback loop: triage/categorize/summarize themes and feed them into roadmap decisions; build lightweight fixes for recurring issues when needed

What skills do we expect you to have?

  • Strong TypeScript (you can actually debug and advise)

  • Strong AI skills (prompting, agent workflows, debugging AI behavior)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • High-energy, creative, community-first

  • Experience running/scaling an online community

Hercules founding team works in-office in San Francisco (Kearny and Bush). We have a very strong preference for in office. We are open to remote for exceptional candidates in US time zones who would be willing/able to travel to the office regularly.
