As a next-generation developer platform, Vim connects providers, payers, EHRs, and digital health innovators through a shared workflow layer that lives directly in the clinical moment. From enabling pre-charting, surfacing contextual insights and actionable data in-visit, and "closing the loop" at the end of the visit by supporting diagnosis, medication, and order write back, Vim brings intelligence to the point of care without disruption.

Joining Vim means being part of a team that’s rethinking how healthcare technology actually works in practice. We’re building the infrastructure that helps care teams move faster, developers build smarter, and health plans and provider organizations collaborate seamlessly. If you want to shape the future of healthcare connectivity and innovation, Vim is where you can do it.

The Customer Team
Our Customer team is dedicated to helping partners succeed on the Vim platform. We guide clients from implementation through long-term adoption, ensuring a smooth experience and measurable results. With deep industry understanding and genuine partnership, we turn every engagement into lasting impact.

The Role

We are seeking a senior, strategic professional to own and grow a portfolio of Vim’s most important accounts. This role is accountable for retention, expansion, and long-term partnership value.

You will own the strategic direction and commercial outcomes of each account, serving as the primary point of ownership with senior stakeholders at health plans, risk-bearing entities, and strategic partners. You will personally drive account strategy, renewals, and expansions, while working cross-functionally to ensure execution aligns with both customer priorities and Vim’s broader business strategy.

The ideal candidate is commercially ambitious, strategically minded, and fluent in value-based healthcare, with the ability to operate effectively at both the executive and operational levels.

What you will do

  • Own the overall account strategy, commercial performance, and health of a defined portfolio of Vim’s most strategic accounts, with accountability for retention, expansion, and long-term growth
  • Build and maintain trusted executive relationships with senior leaders at customer organizations, serving as a strategic advisor and primary point of ownership for the partnership
  • Drive renewals, expansions, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities by deeply understanding customer priorities, budgets, and decision-making processes, and by mapping Vim’s capabilities to their strategic objectives
  • Proactively identify and develop a strong pipeline of account-level growth opportunities, managing negotiations and closing renewals and expansions that support year-over-year revenue growth
  • Lead cross-functional account teams, aligning internal stakeholders around clear priorities, success metrics, timelines, and ownership to deliver measurable outcomes for customers
  • Partner closely with Product, Growth Strategy, Enterprise Success, Provider Engagement, and Delivery teams to ensure strong execution, high provider adoption, and increasing ROI for each account
  • Maintain clear visibility into account performance, risks, and opportunities, and regularly report on account health, priorities, and blockers to executive leadership
  • Navigate ambiguity and complexity with sound judgment, balancing customer needs, commercial goals, and Vim’s broader company strategy

Who we are looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial healthcare roles such as strategic account management, enterprise account management, partnerships, or related functions, ideally within a SaaS or technology-enabled business
  • Direct experience working at the intersection of health plans, healthcare enterprises, and provider networks, with strong familiarity in value-based care, administrative simplification, or healthcare transformation initiatives
  • Proven track record of owning and growing complex enterprise accounts, with demonstrated success driving retention and expansion against meaningful revenue targets (e.g., multi-million-dollar portfolios)
  • Comfort engaging and influencing stakeholders across all levels of an organization, from C-suite executives to operational teams, and leading without formal authority
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, paired with the ability to execute rigorously and manage multiple complex initiatives in parallel
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complexity and drive alignment across internal and external teams
  • Metrics-driven mindset with a bias toward accountability, outcomes, and continuous improvement
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS sales or account ownership environments is a strong plus
  • Ideally based in the NYC Tri-State area and able to work from Vim’s NYC office on a hybrid schedule

What is Nice to Have

  • Experience working with international teams
  • Experience in digital healthcare, healthcare information technology, or two-sided network businesses
