From the original posting

About the role:

Imagine connecting the platforms, processes, and workflows that help one of the world’s most advanced ag-tech companies grow… and making them work seamlessly for the people who rely on them every day.

At Halter, our ecosystem sits at the heart of how we reach customers, sell, launch, and support them. We’re looking for an Ecosystem Manager who loves understanding how a business works, finding opportunities to make it better, and leading a team that turns those opportunities into practical solutions.

Reporting to our Head of Ecosystem and AI, you’ll lead our team of functional developers across Revenue, Service, and SOAM. You’ll own the delivery and ongoing health of the business platforms and workflows within your team’s scope, making sure they evolve with Halter as we scale.

This role brings together people leadership, platform expertise, and delivery ownership. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, RevOps, and our commercial and customer teams to translate business needs into connected, scalable solutions. If you enjoy getting into the detail of a workflow just as much as helping someone on your team grow, you’ll feel at home here.

You’ll be great if you bring:

  • Experience leading functional developers, platform specialists, or business systems teams, with a focus on coaching and development.

  • Strong Salesforce and connected platform experience across configuration, automation, permissions, and data models.

  • Ability to turn complex business processes into clear, maintainable platform solutions.

  • Experience managing delivery across improvements, larger projects, and operational support.

  • Sound judgement on when to use native capabilities, simplify processes, or involve custom engineering.

  • Experience managing platform changes safely through testing, releases, documentation, and ongoing support.

  • Confidence in clarifying requirements, challenging assumptions, and making trade-offs with business stakeholders.

  • A focus on solutions that make work easier and improve business performance.

Bonus things you could bring along to the role:

  • Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, or complex commercial and customer workflows.

  • Experience supporting agreements, renewals, amendments, expansions, or customer service operations.

  • Experience connecting CRM, finance, marketing, and support platforms.

  • Experience using AI and automation to improve business workflows.

  • Familiarity with integration design, data governance, and platform architecture.

  • Experience supporting teams across multiple markets or growing a business systems function in a tech scale-up.

What your day could look like:

  • Lead and develop functional developers across Revenue, Service, and SOAM.

  • Own functional delivery, translating priorities into plans and managing capacity, dependencies, and risks.

  • Keep your team’s platforms and workflows reliable, maintainable, and fit for purpose.

  • Partner with our Senior Product Manager and stakeholders to define problems, requirements, and success.

  • Guide functional design, using platform capabilities to keep solutions simple.

  • Work with the Engineering Manager and Solution Architect on integrations spanning configuration and custom software.

  • Set consistent practices for configuration, testing, releases, documentation, and support.

  • Partner with Revenue Operations on enablement and adoption to help teams use new capabilities effectively.

  • Work with Planning and Intelligence on data, tracking, and reporting to measure impact.

  • Manage operational issues and recurring requests, tackling root causes and shaping roadmap improvements.

  • Lead hiring and onboarding, and help the Head of Ecosystem and AI shape platform priorities and team capability.
