ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN - 2ND SHIFT
We are looking for talented, creative, and driven engineering technicians to drive manufacturing tools and processes. Join the Starlink printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) team and take ownership of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes that enable the high-volume production of electronics designed for spaceflight. This is a hands-on engineering support role where you will develop, optimize, and scale SMT processes to meet aggressive rate and quality targets.
You will bridge the gap between engineering and production — working closely with hardware engineers to improve manufacturability, rapidly troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-moving environment. Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX.
