As Dominion grows, the systems behind the business become just as important as the products we build. We're looking for an ERP Specialist to own the implementation, administration, optimization, and ongoing evolution of our ERP environment.
You'll work across finance, operations, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, and engineering to ensure our systems support how the company actually operates. You'll help eliminate manual work, improve data quality, and build scalable business processes that allow the organization to move faster.
This is a highly cross-functional role that blends systems thinking, business process design, and technical problem solving.
Lead ERP implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration.
Partner with finance, operations, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and engineering teams.
Translate business requirements into scalable system workflows.
Build reports, dashboards, and data integrations.
Maintain master data integrity across the organization.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate with vendors when required.
Develop user documentation and deliver employee training.
Support system upgrades, testing, and change management.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and process consistency.
Continuously improve how the business uses technology to operate.
5+ years working with ERP systems.
Experience implementing or administering modern ERP platforms.
Strong understanding of finance, procurement, inventory, and operational workflows.
Experience with reporting, integrations, and business process improvement.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment.
Experience with manufacturing ERP systems such as Netsuite
Experience supporting hardware or defence organizations.
SQL, Power BI, or business intelligence experience.
Accounting or supply chain background.
Experience integrating ERP with HRIS, CRM, or procurement platforms.
No defence background required.
