Databricks is looking for a highly capable, process-driven, and proactive Executive Assistant to support a Senior Leader within Product & Engineering, while also supporting our SVP of Corporate Development & Ventures.
The primary mission of this person is to support our Engineering and Product leaders, partnering with them to operationalize their teams' cross-functional strategies. You will serve as a key liaison across various departments—including Sales, Marketing, IT, and other critical functions—to ensure alignment and execution. Additionally, you will drive strategic initiatives and community events that foster collaboration across the Engineering and Product organizations.
While deeply rooted in supporting a massive internal engineering footprint, this high-visibility, fast-paced role sits at a unique intersection. You will also manage the rhythm of a deal-driven corporate development environment, triaging incoming requests from startups, founders, and investors, and handling highly sensitive, confidential information with absolute discretion.
You'll work alongside the core engine of Databricks and one of the most active corporate development teams in enterprise tech. This role offers deep exposure to how a top-tier data and AI company grows through both engineering innovation and strategic acquisitions. Our leaders value a true partnership—someone who grows into the role, develops deep context about the business and ecosystem, and becomes an indispensable part of how the team operates.
