Position Description: The Technology Engineering Executive Assistant (EA) will focus on providing a wide array of administrative support to leaders within our India site. Our team is in rapid-growth mode and the right candidate will be professional, tenacious, innovative and motivated! This role will have the ability to work cross-functionally across the company while also working with some of our external partners. The EA must be confident, detail oriented, and have the ability to proactively stay steps ahead of the team. In addition, the ideal candidate will remain flexible and be well versed in managing multiple time zones. This role will be based onsite in Bengaluru and will report into the VP, Engineering.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage and maintain multiple complex calendars

  • Coordinate international travel

  • Organize team events, socials, offsite meetings, etc

  • Work closely with our HQ Eng and Admin teams

  • Process expense reports

  • Maintain trusting relationships with customers, prospects, team and contacts

  • Coordinate logistics for international and local visitors

  • Drive projects that have a direct impact on the Engineering Team and/or local Site

What you will bring to the role:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting VP’s within an engineering organization

  • Ability to interact in a professional manner with customers, prospects and internal teams

  • Proven experience delivering projects on time, within scope and within budget

  • Expert knowledge of GSuite, Box, WorkDay, and Slack

  • Experience with web-based scheduling and collaboration tools

  • Experience managing complex schedules and logistics across global time zones

  • Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; interest and experience in using technology to improve work efficiency

  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality on all business matters

  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to remain energetic and positive in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent common sense and ability to make solid judgment calls autonomously

  • Get along well with a variety of personalities; team player attitude

  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments

  • Experience planning company events and managing logistics within budget

  • Able to establish/maintain vendor relationships
