Mission

Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear.

In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.

Mission

Neko Health exists to shift healthcare from treating illness to preventing it, using advanced, non-invasive technology and clinical expertise to deliver early, actionable health insights.

Role Purpose

We are seeking an Expansion PMO to support the governance, tracking, and reporting of Neko Health’s global expansion portfolio. This role will play a critical part in ensuring new site launches, refurbishments, market entries, and capacity expansion projects are delivered with strong visibility, control, and alignment to timelines, budgets, and operational standards.

You will work closely with Real Estate, Construction, Finance, and Operations teams to create a single source of truth across the expansion pipeline—driving consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in how projects are tracked and reported.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in structured, data-driven environments and is excited to build scalable systems in a fast-growing organisation.

What You’ll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months

Build the Expansion PMO Tech Stack:
Design and implement tools for pipeline management, scheduling, budgeting, risk tracking, and dashboard reporting—ensuring a single, reliable source of information across the department.

Establish Processes & Drive Adoption:
Introduce PMO frameworks, governance standards, and change management processes to transition the team onto new systems, ensuring high adoption and data accuracy.

Deliver Reporting Cadence:
Create and maintain consistent weekly and monthly reporting for leadership, improving visibility across all expansion projects.

Enhance Budget Tracking & Financial Visibility:
Partner with Finance to improve budget vs. actual tracking, reduce variance blind spots, and introduce automation (including AI tools) to streamline data input and reduce errors.

Strengthen Risk & Compliance Frameworks:
Build and maintain robust portfolio-level risk tracking, escalation processes, and ensure high compliance with PMO standards and documentation.

Implement AI-Driven Efficiency Improvements:

Research, evaluate, and deploy AI tools to improve team productivity, reduce manual workload, and enhance reporting accuracy - providing training where needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, operations, construction, or expansion-focused environments.

Strong experience with project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, Excel, Procore).

Advanced Excel and financial tracking capability.

Experience implementing and leveraging AI tools, with exposure to platforms such as Claude or development of custom agents being highly desirable.

Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail and data accuracy.

Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Preferred

Experience supporting multi-site expansion environments (e.g., healthcare, retail, hospitality, real estate, or workspace).

Exposure to CAPEX budget tracking and financial planning processes.

Experience improving systems, workflows, and reporting structures within a PMO or operations function.
