WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Partner with design and test teams to ensure that created hardware meets specifications

  • Provide feedback to engineering about the feasibility of their designs, giving proper 'design for manufacturing' input to them

  • Perform precision welding using TIG, MIG, and laser welding as needed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proficiency in TIG welding (primary method); experience with MIG and laser welding a plus

  • Experience welding steel, stainless steel, and aluminum

  • Preferred experience with Hastelloy, Inconel, or other exotic materials

  • Basic manual machining skills, including ability to operate a lathe and mill

  • Experience shaping and welding thin sheet metal (.063" and under) is preferred

  • Experience welding thick and thin plumbing fittings

  • Strong attention to detail

PERKS & BENEFITS:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, including Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
