From the original posting

The Role:

We're looking for a Generalist to join our Operations team in New York. This is a role for someone who likes owning messy, ambiguous problems and seeing them through from first question to working solution.

You'll work across the business on whatever matters most at the time. That means digging into data, figuring out what's really going on, and getting it fixed. You'll write clearly, communicate well with people across teams, and bring structure where there isn't any yet.

What You'll Do:

  • Own operational problems end to end, from scoping the issue to putting the fix in place

  • Dig into data and spreadsheets to understand what's happening and what to do about it

  • Bring structure and clear plans to ambiguous, fast-moving work

  • Write clear docs, updates, and recommendations for teammates and leadership

  • Work with people across teams to move projects forward and keep everyone aligned

  • Take on new problems as the business's priorities change

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or a startup role

  • Experience in healthcare

  • A track record of owning messy problems end to end

  • Clear, strong writing and communication skills

  • Comfort working with data and spreadsheets

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience at an early-stage startup

Work Environment:

  • This role is based in New York

  • Owner: We own our work like founders. We don't wait to be asked, and we pick up the problem nobody else has.
