Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving strategic sourcing initiatives, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing costs across various indirect categories, including Mapping, Customer Platforms, and Identity and Integrity.
  • Negotiate complex contracts, deliver savings, manage stakeholder relationships, build category strategies, and implement sourcing best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strategy, leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance sourcing effectiveness.
  • Lead the end-to-end procurement process, including market analysis, RFx development, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in job offered, procurement, or related occupation.
  • At least three (3) years of experience with strategic technology sourcing, with a focus on indirect categories.
  • At least three (3) years of experience with procurement technology platforms, analytics tools, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with analyzing and interpreting data, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with project management, including leading multiple projects simultaneously.

The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $118,000 - $147,000/year. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
