From the original posting

We value restless curiosity, creative thinking, and diverse perspectives as we strive to become AI-native. We believe that AI is a collaborator, not just a tool, and we invite passionate individuals to join us on our journey as we continue to learn, experiment, and grow together.
About the role - what's your purpose?
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team as an in-house creative lead, covering a maternity leave position based in our Lisbon office. You'll be the go-to designer for the entire company, shaping how our brand shows up across web, presentations, social, ads, and video. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you'll not only execute on creative briefs but help define visual standards and build templates and systems that enable other teams to create on-brand content independently.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities - What you will be doing?
Designing a broad range of marketing assets including web pages, digital ads, presentations, social media content, and one-pagers.
Supporting company-wide creative requests by balancing quick-turnaround asset needs with larger strategic campaign work.
Owning a key operational role on the company website, coordinating with agencies, engineering, and stakeholders to maintain visual consistency and quality, manage web content changes and CMS systems such as Webflow.
Maintaining and evolving brand guidelines - typography, logo usage, color systems - and ensuring consistent application across all teams.
Building and maintaining reusable templates (decks, one-pagers, social formats, email templates/HTML) that enable non-designers to self-serve on simple assets.
Collaborating with different teams to translate their needs into clear creative briefs and delivering high-quality, on-brand deliverables.
Creating and editing video content to support marketing campaigns and company communications.
Who are we looking for?
You have proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across multiple asset types.
You have strong video editing experience - this is essential for the role.
You are proficient in design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Runway, and emerging AI design tools.
You have experience contributing to or maintaining brand guidelines and visual systems.
You are comfortable switching context between fast, simple requests and longer strategic projects without losing quality.
You have familiarity with CMS platforms like Webflow (a plus).
You have experience designing HTML email marketing templates (a bonus).
You are a self-starter who proactively identifies gaps in our creative processes and builds systems to solve them.
You have strong communication skills and collaborate effectively across teams with different needs and perspectives.
You are excited about learning new tools and techniques to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving design landscape.
