PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills across all levels of the business, including senior leadership
  • Experience using HRIS systems and people data to inform project decisions (e.g., Workday, Tableau, Excel)
  • Track record of improving HR programs or processes that supported business growth or transformation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
  • High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
