From the original posting
ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
We're looking for a Producer to own the external storytelling and event presence for Impact, a role that coordinates PR, agency management, social launches, documentary-style case studies, and event production. This is a hands-on, in-house role: you're the person who makes sure every launch, film, and activation meets (or, ideally raises) the bar of the rest of the company's output, working closely with our internal Design, Comms, and Events teams, and, when applicable, with the external agencies and production teams supporting PR, film, and creative execution. As Impact's first dedicated producer, you'll build the production and launch engine for a team whose external footprint is scaling fast, this quarter alone includes 5+ events, six documentaries in production, two live ElevenLabs Summit sessions, a partner launch every month, and several more case studies in flight.
Coordinate production of Impact's documentary case studies: travel and work onsite for filming when needed, work closely with external production and direction teams, bringing opinions on story and craft, and partner with our Design team to make sure every film meets ElevenLabs' bar and brand guidelines.
Plan and execute Impact's conferences and activations alongside the Events team, turning each one into an in-person moment that drives real ROI and leaves a lasting impression, with Impact's own storytelling angle built in.
Support Comms in telling Impact's story through PR, coordinating with Comms and, when applicable, a PR agency to keep press windows and partner announcements on track, and helping make sure Impact's international stories get told well as the program expands globally.
Partner with Design to keep all video and static collateral on-brand, advocating for a high creative standard and Impact’s lens.
Carry a consistent visual and narrative thread across launches, blog content, and ElevenLabs Summit presentations.
Draft copy for social and blog content, collaborating with Comms to land a final draft, and with Design on all launch-related visual assets.
Manage multiple concurrent launches, shoots, and events at once.
A great project manager with a sharp creative eye, someone who runs cross-functional logistics flawlessly, has real taste, and will push the team to hit it.
Organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of juggling several production timelines at once.
Creative or production background (agency, marketing, in-house brand/content team, documentary or branded content) comfortable being on set and in the room with Design, not just commissioning the work.
Strong writing and visual taste; can tell when something is on-brand and polish-worthy.
2-5 years of experience in production, events, or brand marketing.
Comfortable traveling for shoots and events.
