From the original posting
That’s where Odyssey comes in.
As an Implementation Specialist, you'll be a core member of an implementation pod, working alongside an Implementation Manager to drive customer outcomes from onboarding through long-term success. You'll own meaningful workstreams end-to-end — managing stakeholder relationships, executing deployment projects, and ensuring every customer we launch sees clear, tangible value from day one. This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable building relationships and rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
You ensure every customer we work with sees Odyssey as an indispensable partner — making the decision to continue and expand their relationship with us an easy one.
You own and execute projects across new and existing customers, keeping timelines on track and stakeholders aligned every step of the way.
You build strong, trust-based relationships with your assigned customer stakeholders, serving as a reliable point of contact and a credible voice for Odyssey.
You contribute to a scalable deployment playbook — finding ways to apply what's worked before rather than reinventing the wheel with each new customer.
You proactively surface risks, flag blockers early, and work cross-functionally to keep implementations moving forward.
You are a creative problem solver who doesn't wait around for answers — you dig in, think critically, and find a path forward.
You are an excellent communicator who can translate complex plans into clear, actionable messaging for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
You have 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, implementation, or customer success.
You thrive in early-stage startup environments where ambiguity is the norm and no two days look the same.
You have solid technical acumen — you're comfortable working within technical systems, and you know how to analyze data to drive decisions.
You have experience with SQL, Excel, or similar tools — a strong plus.
You are a collaborative team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine drive to keep getting better.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
