Are you an experienced caregiver ready to take the next step? Honor is seeking highly reliable Lead Care Professionals in the greater Pittsburgh metro area. This role is the first impression of our clients, where you will help build a relationship of confidence and quality care with new clients and their families.

The ideal candidate is an experienced caregiver who leads with compassion, takes pride in providing reliable, high-quality care and who wants steady full-time work.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide compassionate, professional care to seniors in their homes
  • Assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, companionship, meals, and daily routines
  • Help with new client starts to create a smooth and positive care experience and assist with transitioning clients to ongoing caregivers
  • Review care plans and visit notes to understand each client’s needs and preferences
  • Provide hands-on support, guidance, and encouragement to other caregivers
  • Support clients with dementia care and end-of-life care needs
  • Communicate professionally with clients, families, office staff, and caregivers

What You’ll Need

  • 4+ years years of professional caregiving experience (active CNA, HHA, LPN, or RN credential is preferred)
  • Open weekday availability and the ability to rotate weekend on-call shifts
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 60 minutes to client homes
  • Comfortable working in different home environments: houses, apartments, buildings with stairs or elevators, homes with pets, and/or smoking environments
  • Ability to accept shifts on short notice when needed to help cover gaps
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including assisting with mobility, transfers, and personal care
  • Must pass background check, drug screening, and required assessments
  • Must be available for 60 hours per week in order to qualify for guaranteed 40 full-time hours
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
