What you’ll be working on ⭐
As a Lead Product Manager for Growth, you will define and deliver the future of how people first experience Monzo. This is a rare opportunity to lead one of Monzo’s most strategically critical product domains, owning high-complexity bets that shape how millions of people discover, join and trust our bank.
You will own the strategic direction across our core growth engines: how we attract, onboard and activate people from their very first interaction. For our team, this means optimising the entire sign-up experience, removing activation friction, designing seamless new user journeys, and building powerful referral loops that turn everyday banking utility into organic network effects.
You’ll set a compelling multi-cycle vision, craft multiple high-signal strategies, and create the experimentation engine that turns ambition into reality. We’re looking for someone who pairs an analyst's data rigour with world-class product craft, and possesses the conviction to make non-obvious bets without precedent.
