Joblaze insights
Quick facts
From the original posting
We're hiring a Lead Strategic Partnerships Manager to own the launch and execution phases of specific technology partnerships end-to-end. You'll be the operational engine behind the portfolio: taking partnerships from scoped/signed intent through integration, launch, and ongoing management, while keeping the Product/EPD, Marketing, and Sales tracks tied to each deal moving in lockstep.
This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role for someone who thrives on turning ambiguity into structured, on-time delivery. You won't just track work — you'll drive it, unblock it, and make sure every partner launch lands with the internal alignment and external polish it deserves.
Own deal execution end-to-end. Drive technology partnerships through their launch and execution lifecycle — from integration, launch moment, and ongoing management. Build and maintain the plans, timelines, milestones, and status tracking that keep each deal on schedule and every stakeholder informed.
Orchestrate cross-functional workstreams. Serve as the connective tissue across Product/EPD, Marketing, and Sales for each partnership. Translate partnership goals into concrete deliverables for each team, coordinate dependencies, run recurring syncs, and ensure product investment, co-marketing motions, and sales enablement achieve agreed upon goals and deliver intended value.
Run launch moments. Coordinate partner launch moments and joint go-to-market activations — aligning messaging, product readiness, co-marketing plans, and enablement so announcements land with maximum impact and minimal fire-drills.
Keep the portfolio visible. Maintain a single source of truth across the partnership portfolio — phase, status, owners, next steps, and risk — and produce clear executive-ready updates that give leadership and cross-functional partners a reliable read on progress.
Drive accountability and unblock. Proactively surface risks, chase down dependencies, and remove blockers before they slip timelines. Hold internal and partner stakeholders to commitments while keeping relationships strong.
Manage partner-facing execution. Support day-to-day coordination with partner counterparts during launch and execution phases, ensuring a smooth, professional experience and clear communication on both sides.
Build the operating system. Help stand up and iterate on the scalable, repeatable playbooks and tiered program structure that let the team support more partners without more chaos — templates, intake and launch processes, and cross-functional engagement models.
6–9 years of experience in technology/ISV partnerships, partner/alliance management, strategic programs, or cross-functional program management — ideally at a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
A demonstrated track record of owning complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end and delivering them on time across Product, Marketing, and Sales stakeholders.
Strong program and project management instincts — you build structure quickly, sequence dependencies, and keep many moving parts coordinated without dropping details.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority and keep both internal teams and external partners aligned.
Comfort operating in ambiguity and a fast-moving environment, bringing order and momentum where processes don't yet exist.
A bias toward proactive ownership — you anticipate risks, drive accountability, and make things happen rather than waiting for direction.
Familiarity with technology integrations and go-to-market motions (co-marketing, co-selling, enablement); exposure to AI, legal tech, procurement, or the broader enterprise software ecosystem is a plus.
