About The Role
As the Operations Manager you will support the Director, Supply Chain in the execution of procurement and sourcing processes and will play a key role in the maintenance and management of supplier and vendor relationships. You are skilled with stakeholder management and communication, component inventory management, cost optimization, and production on-time delivery strategy/negotiation.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the component and order creation, maintenance, and update process within Excel and ERP system (NetSuite) for both replenishment and new items
- Ensure proper use of ERP systems for inventory transactions, receipts, and reporting
- Autonomously manage coordination of Goop-owned inventory reporting and proper inventory movement within NetSuite and with vendors to ensure accurate accounting at monthly close
- Own data collection and change management with newness and replen costing while looking for opportunities for improvement
- Lead relationships with vendors, focused on building strong collaborative vendor relationships and influence vendors to participate and implement supply chain initiatives
- Independently organizes and negotiates domestic and international logistics information through clean data collection and focusing on timing
- Proactively flag delivery risks, partnering cross-functionally to give channel heads early visibility when shipments are running short or behind schedule, so teams can adjust launch plans, marketing calendars, or inventory allocation accordingly
- Troubleshoot supply chain issues in real time, working directly with vendors and logistics partners to resolve delays, shortages, or quality issues and get shipments back on track
- Support in sourcing and developing new projects by maintaining timing and insuring alignment from all other cross functional partners
Qualifications & Experience
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of applicable experience in a related field
- Must have a love for creating, organizing, and maintaining clean, clear data
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in ERP system, NetSuite experience is preferred
- Relevant CPG experience or exposure to beauty & wellness
- Ability to operate and structure large amount of data, strong knowledge of Excel is required
- Strong communication skills and ability to understand multiple stakeholders’ priorities and context

- Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 + Equity. This is a full-time exempt role. Please note that this range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for the Los Angeles, CA based position. Goop, in good faith, reasonably expects to pay the position within this salary range. Goop provides the salary range in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, training, knowledge and skills, and if the location of the job changes.
