Key Responsibilities

Roles (The Mission)

  • Lifecycle & Data Guardian: Own the integrity of employee data throughout the entire lifecycle within Workday, ensuring absolute accuracy.

Responsibilities (The Work)

  • Workday Data Management: Execute complex global data changes (transfers, promotions, comp updates, terminations) and manage mass uploads using Workday EIBs.
  • End-to-End BGC Ownership: Partner with external vendors to trigger, track, and review comprehensive background checks. Safely escalate and resolve discrepancies.
