About the role:
We are looking for a passionate and driven People Partner to join our dynamic People team in Israel for a 1-year maternity leave replacement. In this role, you will report to the Director of People in IL and serve as a strategic partner to our tech and R&D departments locally and globally. You will work closely with leaders across all levels—from Team Leads to VPs—aligning people strategy with business objectives.

What you'll be doing:
- Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a trusted People Business Partner to the Engineering & Cyber departments, understanding business goals and delivering tailored people strategies.
- End-to-End Ownership: Own strategic People processes and employee relations end-to-end for your client groups in Israel and global tech teams.
- Leadership Coaching & Development: Coach and advise people managers across all levels on talent management, leadership growth, team structure, and complex employee relations issues.
- Performance & Talent Management: Drive annual performance assessments, compensation cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and development plans.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, guide decision-making, and improve retention and organizational health.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, recognition programs, and team-building activities to foster a high-performing and positive environment.
- Cross-Company People Initiatives: Lead and contribute to site-wide and global HR projects and programs.
What you'll need:
- 5-6 years of experience in the HR domain, with at least 3 years as a People Partner (HRBP) in a global, fast-paced high-tech company.
- Willing and able to commit to a 1-year temporary position (Maternity Leave Cover).
- Energetic, self-motivated, proactive, authentic, and results-driven. You do not shy away from hard conversations and you bring yourself into every room you walk into.
- AI savvy - used AI to improve/leverage best practices for HR in a global company.
- Strong collaborative spirit—someone who brings positive energy, loves working closely with teammates, and enjoys the journey.
- Excellent ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to change, and handle complex scenarios with resilience and discretion.
- Fluent in written and spoken business English and Hebrew.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's is an advantage).
