The role and opportunity

  • Deeply understand our customers and our users pain points through a variety of avenues: check in meetings, implementation, support tickets, and product usage

  • Distill customers’ and users’ insights into clear problem statements and prioritized product enhancements

  • Collaborate closely with engineering team to execute the implementation of product features/capabilities 

  • Fill any needs to ensure overall team and product’s success, whether that means testing a complex feature release or configuring a prospect’s specific demo

  • You will work in office located in downtown San Francisco collaborating closely with the leadership and customer teams

  • You will occasionally be required to travel to Europe
