The Crypto Operations team at Robinhood is dedicated to delivering an excellent end-customer experience and mitigating firm risk while supporting cutting-edge crypto products. As a Product Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our crypto products and future launches. You will lead cross-functional projects designed to improve Robinhood’s operational efficiency and readiness. The role will work on scaling operations for our existing Crypto products as well as scoping operational impact for new Crypto initiatives. This role will work with cross-functional partners including Product Management, Crypto Operations, Compliance, Legal, Engineering, Security, and Customer Experience to guarantee operational readiness. Product Operations Managers are passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience, achieving product objectives, and working with multiple partners. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of crypto operations for one of the most dynamic teams in the industry
This role is based in our New York City, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
