From the original posting

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll take end-to-end ownership of cross-functional programs — planning, coordinating, and driving execution across teams in Israel and the US to keep our most important initiatives on track.

You'll be the connective tissue between technical and non-technical teams, turning ambiguity into clear plans, surfacing risks before they become blockers, and holding a high bar for quality at every milestone. If you take pride in flawless execution and love bringing order to fast-moving environments, this role was made for you.

This is a Temporary Position (maternity leave cover, ~8-10 months)

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience working on or supporting cross-functional projects — from operations, customer success, business analysis, product, or technical teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with project or task management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Confluence).
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude to streamline reporting, documentation, and program execution.
  • High autonomy, a proactive mindset, and exceptional standards for quality — someone who takes pride in flawless execution and continuously improves team processes.
  • Fluent / full professional proficiency in written and spoken English, with proven experience leading meetings and driving alignment with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Bonus points

  • Experience in the Fintech space.
  • Experience working with cross-functional global teams across multiple sites.
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

A day in the life and how you'll make an impact

  • Lead planning, scheduling, and coordination of program activities across departments, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables together with stakeholders.
  • Track program milestones, timelines, budgets, and deliverables using project management tools, and maintain accurate documentation to support data collection and reporting.
  • Facilitate meetings — prepare agendas, capture notes, and follow up on action items until they're closed.
  • Develop execution plans and clearly communicate program status updates and reports to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify and own gaps, risks, and blockers, driving them to resolution independently.
  • Assume end-to-end responsibility for projects, driving cross-functional alignment and accountability to consistently meet deadlines while upholding top-tier quality standards.
  • Build clear communication plans so every team understands their roles and tasks for each milestone.
