What you’ll do
- Source new properties and initiate contact with landlords and local authority areas across Kuwait.
- Negotiate with landlords, developers, and clear regulatory requirements to secure viable sites.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for potential investments and developments.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze key economic indicators, regulatory changes, and market dynamics impacting the real estate sector in Kuwait.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and development, to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain and update real estate databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate closely with other Real Estate Sourcers and the Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to align on sourcing strategy, deal prioritization, and market coverage.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or related field).
- Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate properties from both a technical and commercial perspective.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- An understanding of the commercial real estate market in Kuwait.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (essential), with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and effectiveness under pressure.
