The Receiving Department provides service and support to Production, Engineering, Sales and Marketing. The Stockroom Clerk is responsible for all Job Order kits to the Production Floor for assembly of products, maintaining stock levels on the Production Floor racks and cells, as well as the stockroom warehouse and cycle counting material.
The Stockroom Clerk is responsible for all the duties and responsibilities that originate from the Receiving Stockroom. Those duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
At times this position can be physically demanding. It requires frequent lifting of small to medium-sized packages typically 2-10 lb. ranges, but we do on occasion receive packages weighing in the 30-50 lb. ranges, it is possible for packages to weigh all the way up to a maximum of 150 lbs.
