As part of the Regional Marketing team at Grafana Labs, you will support the strategy and execution of integrated marketing programs across North America Commercial teams. This role contributes to pipeline generation, acceleration, and customer expansion through a mix of field marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and regional campaigns.
You will act as a key partner to our go-to-market organization, developing a deep understanding of your region to prescribe high-impact programs that align with business priorities. This is a highly cross-functional, data-driven role that requires strong ownership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.
In the United States, the base compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $92,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable), and other benefits listed on our careers page.
