About Abridge

Abridge was founded in 2018 with the mission of powering deeper understanding in healthcare. Our AI-powered platform was purpose-built for medical conversations, improving clinical documentation efficiencies while enabling clinicians to focus on what matters most—their patients.

Our enterprise-grade technology transforms patient-clinician conversations into structured clinical notes in real-time, with deep EMR integrations. Powered by Linked Evidence and our purpose-built, auditable AI, we are the only company that maps AI-generated summaries to ground truth, helping providers quickly trust and verify the output. As pioneers in generative AI for healthcare, we are setting the industry standards for the responsible deployment of AI across health systems.

We are a growing team of practicing MDs, AI scientists, PhDs, creatives, technologists, and engineers working together to empower people and make care make more sense. We have offices located in the Mission District in San Francisco, the SoHo neighborhood of New York, and East Liberty in Pittsburgh.

The Role:

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team as the operational backbone of our Partner Experience (PX) organization — Partner Success, Clinical Success, Implementation, Support, and PX Ops. In this key role, you will own the systems, workflows, and analytics that power PX — including administration of Planhat and Zendesk — while keeping the post-sale motion tightly aligned with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

As a trusted partner to leadership, you will provide actionable insights that align operations with company goals, helping to accelerate growth and optimize the partner journey — from implementation through expansion and renewal.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the PX Tech Stack: Serve as administrator and product owner for Planhat and Zendesk — health scoring, playbooks, workflows, triggers, SLAs, routing, Salesforce integrations, and reporting. Assist with administration of our LMS/CMS platforms supporting partner education and enablement. Continuously improve these systems so PX teams maintain optimal performance.

  • Optimize Operational Workflows: Design, refine, QA, and implement workflows and processes that enable PX teams to operate at peak efficiency. Streamline operations to ensure seamless handoffs across the full partner lifecycle — from deal close through implementation, clinical adoption, support, and renewal.

  • Empower Data-Driven Insights and Strategic Decisions: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide leadership with real-time visibility into key metrics, including partner health, adoption and utilization, support volume and SLA attainment, and retention trends. Use data to drive actionable strategies that improve decision making and operational performance.

  • Enhance Revenue & Forecast Clarity: Partner with Finance to support renewal and retention forecasting, analyze commission reports, and generate revenue-related insights that align with business goals and drive clarity across the organization.

  • Business Partner to PX Leadership: Act as the dedicated operations partner to leaders across Partner Success, Clinical Success, Implementation, Support, and PX Ops — translating their priorities into systems, process, and reporting, and representing PX needs in cross-functional RevOps planning with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role in a SaaS company (healthcare experience is a plus).

  • Extensive experience with SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Planhat (or Gainsight/similar CS platform), Zendesk, and exposure to LMS/CMS administration. Administration experience with a CS platform or support platform strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and key metrics that influence success in Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success.

  • Direct experience business-partnering with post-sale leadership — Customer/Partner Success, Clinical or Implementation teams, or Support — you understand how these functions operate and what they need from operations.

  • Fluency in post-sale metrics: net revenue retention, gross retention, adoption and utilization, NPS, CSAT, and support SLA performance.

  • Exceptional AI and Business Intelligence experience (Claude, OpenAI, Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Business Intelligence tools, etc.), with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable operational plans.

  • Proven track record in building and maintaining commercial dashboards and reports that provide clarity and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams around shared goals, priorities, and revenue-driving strategies.

  • Excellent project management skills, with a history of successfully leading and driving complex initiatives to completion.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational scalability.
