About the Team

Decagon’s GTM Productivity team is laser-focused on building a truly elite, world-class revenue engine as a core differentiator for the business. At the individual level, we believe in unlocking the full potential of every seller and field team member — enabling them to do their best work and win at the highest level. At the organizational level, success means turning strategy into consistent, repeatable execution — driving faster ramp, higher productivity per rep, and exceeding global revenue targets with greater efficiency.

About the Role

Decagon is looking for a GTM Enablement Manager — a founding member of our GTM Productivity team — to help build and scale the programs that power our revenue engine. You’ll operate at the center of how we ramp talent, drive field productivity, and scale GTM execution — designing and operationalizing high-impact programs in close partnership with stakeholders across the business. This is a highly visible, high-ownership role with direct impact on how Decagon grows.

In this role, you will

  • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with sellers and sales leaders — deeply understanding tactical field needs and solving them through training, best practices, tools, assets, and other practical interventions

  • Build and scale core enablement programs — including onboarding, ongoing development, and role-specific training

  • Drive field performance and readiness — developing training, content, and certifications that improve how teams sell and execute

  • Partner cross-functionally — working across GTM, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to turn strategy into field execution

  • Adapt and extend programs as we scale — leveraging AI and new approaches to increase enablement impact

Your background looks something like this

  • 7+ years across GTM enablement, sales, or other revenue-focused roles in modern SaaS

  • Strong field and customer-facing experience — ideally having carried a quota, owned customer relationships, or been directly accountable for revenue outcomes

  • Proven ability to earn credibility with sellers, identify tactical needs, and translate them into practical solutions

  • Strong program management and cross-functional skills, with a scrappy, high-ownership mindset

  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Even better if you have

  • Experience applying or navigating AI in GTM, sales, or enablement contexts

  • Background building or scaling world-class training programs

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits for you and your family

  • Life Insurance and Disability Benefits

  • Retirement Plan (e.g., 401K, pension)

  • Parental Leave

  • Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
