SALES OPERATIONS LEAD (ENABLEMENT)

Starlink is the world’s largest satellite constellation delivering high-speed, low-latency broadband to customers around the globe. As the Sales Operations Lead on the Starlink Enterprise team, you will be the hands-on trainer and program executor who turns enablement strategy into delivered results for sellers, account managers, and resellers. You will facilitate workshops and role-plays, keep the content library current, run partner enablement sessions, and close feedback loops so every training event improves the next one—raising the skill bar across the field.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and facilitate live workshops, role-plays, and certification sessions for Enterprise sellers and account managers; support the structured 30/60/90-day onboarding experience by running key training sessions and tracking completion
  • Own day-to-day management of the enablement content library—pitch decks, one-pagers, playbooks, and training materials—so assets stay current after product, pricing, process, and messaging changes
  • Deliver partner and reseller enablement sessions in coordination with Channel Operations and the Sales Enablement Manager; track certification completion and session attendance
  • Capture field feedback after every session and feed clear improvements back to the Sales Enablement Manager, Channel Operations, and content owners
  • Partner with SMEs (Product, SE, Sales Ops, Channel) to prepare session agendas, demos, and practice scenarios that map to priority GTM workflows—not generic soft-skills training
  • Maintain enablement calendars, logistics, and delivery readiness for cohort onboarding, everboarding, and partner programs so launches and training waves run on time
  • Help measure enablement effectiveness (attendance, certification completion, post-session feedback, asset usage) and surface gaps that should inform the next enablement cycle
  • Act as a reliable operator for the field: consistent delivery quality, fast asset turnaround, and scalable capacity so the Sales Enablement Manager can focus on program design and prioritization

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, sales training, revenue operations support, or a related go-to-market function
  • 1+ years of experience facilitating live training, workshops, or certification sessions for sales or customer-facing teams

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience supporting Enterprise or complex B2B sales motions (ideally technology, SaaS, telecom, satellite/connectivity, or hardware)
  • Proven ability to facilitate role-plays, workshops, and certifications that change seller behavior—not only present slides
  • Experience maintaining an enablement content library (pitch decks, one-pagers, playbooks, LMS/modules) with strong version control and field-facing quality bar
  • Experience delivering or supporting partner/reseller enablement sessions and tracking certification completion
  • Comfort working with CRM and enablement tooling (HubSpot or Salesforce; LMS, content portals, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to turn product and process updates into clear, practical training
  • Organized operator mindset: calendars, logistics, cohort tracking, and follow-through in a high-volume environment
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments with frequent product and GTM changes
  • Familiarity with onboarding/ramp programs (30/60/90) and everboarding cadences is a plus
  • Familiarity with Grok Build is a plus

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to support onboarding cohorts, product launches, partner enablement events, or critical sales initiatives
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support training delivery, partner sessions, and key field events

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Pay range:
Level 2: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00
