Job Location/Place of Employment Address: 4550 Montgomery Ave, Suite 1050N, Bethesda, MD 20814 Job Duties/Description: The Salesforce Technical Architect is responsible for leading the design, governance, and implementation of the company’s multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem and related enterprise integrations. The Salesforce Technical Architect collaborates with business stakeholders, engineering, security, product, and operations teams to develop enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture strategies, reference architectures, and roadmaps that align technology solutions with business goals. Additionally, the role involves architecting and overseeing end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, and supporting cross-functional transformation programs.
