We are looking for someone to design and execute a roadmap that scales the accounting function from rapid growth through maturity, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Own the close: You'll own the closing process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements (with support from our external bookkeeping team).

  • Run core accounting operations: You'll manage AP, AR, payroll, taxes, and other accounting functions.

  • Build process and controls: You'll set up, maintain, and improve accounting processes and internal controls.

  • Lead the audit process: You'll implement and manage our annual financial audit process.

  • Own our systems: You'll oversee accounting systems and integrations, and explore new tooling and AI-enabled ERP systems to keep our stack efficient as we scale.

  • Take on wide-ranging responsibilities: You'll pick up broader finance and accounting work as needs evolve.
