As a Sr. Analyst, Talent Acquisition Operations, you will play a vital role in supporting the success of our global recruiting processes by combining data-driven insights with emerging AI and automation capabilities. As part of the TA Operations team, you will help scale and optimize recruiting through thoughtful application of AI tools, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a strong human-in-the-loop approach across all workflows.
