We are hiring a Senior Brand Designer to shape the visual presence of our brand across all marketing and sales touchpoints. Our software supports teams making critical operational decisions, and our visual identity needs to reflect that same level of reliability and groundedness. This role exists to ensure our external materials accurately convey the quality of the systems we build.
In this role, you will translate complex operational and technical concepts into impactful, cohesive visual designs. Whether you are developing materials for industry events, evolving our website graphics, or building sales enablement collateral, you will partner closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to move important work forward.
Success here requires taking ownership of your projects and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You will be a steward of our brand, ensuring that every piece of collateral we deploy is well-designed and professional.
You will partner closely with our marketing and cross-functional teams to elevate our brand presence across diverse touchpoints. Your core responsibilities include:
creating compelling designs for marketing campaigns, including digital and print collateral, social media assets, email templates, and advertisements
designing eye-catching materials for industry events and trade shows, such as booth graphics, banners, signage, and promotional items
developing graphics and visuals for the company website to ensure alignment with brand standards and enhance user experience
building visually engaging sales tools, such as presentations, one-pagers, datasheets, and case studies, to support the sales team
ensuring all designs adhere to established brand guidelines while acting as a brand ambassador to maintain visual consistency across all materials
managing multiple design projects simultaneously, owning project timelines, and working closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality work
7 or more years of design experience for B2B or technology-focused brands, supported by a strong portfolio of marketing and sales collateral
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as design tools like Figma or Sketch
Proven ability to apply and adapt brand guidelines to diverse projects while maintaining strict visual consistency
Strong communication skills and a proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Meticulous approach to design and project management, ensuring polished, professional outcomes and organized asset documentation
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience designing specifically for the defense technology, aerospace, or government industries
Familiarity with web design principles and a basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Proven experience designing for marketing campaigns or lead-generation-focused projects
