About the Role We’re looking for a senior corporate paralegal to join Flow’s legal team and own the operational backbone of how we structure the company. Flow runs a growing portfolio of U.S. entities in regulated industries and obtains a wide variety of operational permits in a variety of U.S. states. This is a great opportunity for a paralegal who wants to own the organizational structure and entity compliance at a high growth startup. We are a small, high-leverage team supporting a company that moves quickly, so you'll cover a lot of ground and be trusted to run matters independently.
